Tear Circle Type Hammer mill 

1.  The shell is welded by steel plate,the site in the crush room which connect to the meterials all use the wearable and commutative parts and double wear plate.

2.  The motor and rotor are instelled in the same heavy-duty base,useing coupling direct drive, the rotor are  checked by dynamic balance,and can work forward and reverse,the hammers are arranged symmetrically.

3.  The second grinding designed for grinding chamber; the output can increase 15% and even particle size.

4.  Two kinds gap between beaters and sieve through changing position of beater are used for coarse and fine grinding.

5.  The smaller gap between beater and sieve can beused for grinding of coarse fiber or fine materials.
